<Addition>
1.5V reference level circuit is a circuit that prepared 1.5V power-supply voltage needed in this LSI to be easily
generable. The power supply of 1.5V is enabled by using recommendation FET shown in Figure 5-1.

In the range of operating temperature, make sure to maintain low
ESR and the capacitance recommended value is 10F because
oscillation may occur when the capacitance value changes due to
the change of temperature.

recommended.
