Toggle Switches and Miniature Prewired Enclosed Switches
NT Series Sealed Toggle Switches
Designed to meet severe environment application needs for a rugged, cost-effective toggle switch. Quality
construction features include a molded in elastomer seal between the toggle lever and bushing and between
the cover and case. Terminal inserts are molded into the high-impact strength thermoplastic case. Includes
mounting hardware. ÒNoneÓ in table indicates toggle lever is blocked from these positions. Toggle becomes
2-position with center being one extreme position. See table to the right for electrical ratings. 15/32"-32 UNS
thread.

TS Series Sealed Toggle Switches
For use in light industrial applications. Provided with lever-to-bushing seals. Electrical Ratings: 15 A @
125, 250, 277 VAC; 1/2 HP @ 125 VAC; 1 HP @ 250/277 VAC. 5 A @ 125 VAC. UL recognized. CSA
certified. Models with Ò15Ó suffix have screw terminals, Ò115Ó have solder terminals and Ò95Ó have quick-
connect terminals. Ò511Ó prefix identifies models having a pre-molded, pressed-in seal instead of a
standard O-ring. 1-pole versions are 1.08 H ´ 0.62 W ´ 1.13 L" (27.40 ´ 15.70 ´ 28.70); 2-pole versions
are 1.06 H ´ 0.75 W ´ 1.31 L" (27.00 ´ 19.00 ´ 33.30).

Sealed switches feature strong non-tracking case, screw terminals, silver-cadmium oxide contacts. A, D
and E Suffixes in Type Numbers Denote Pull Switches: A locks in 3-positions, D locks out of center
position, E locks in center position. Operating Temperature Range: Ð65¡C to +71¡C. Lever operates on
direct-action, spring-loaded mechanism. L191 UL/CSA Rating Code: 15 A, 125/250/277 VAC; 1/2 HP,
125 VAC; 1 HP, 250/277 VAC; 5 A, 120 VAC. L192 UL/CSA Rating Code: 10 A, 125/250/277 VAC; 1/4 HP,
125 VAC; 1/2 HP, 250/277 VAC; 3 A, 125 VAC.

Miniature Pre-Wired Enclosed Switches
Factory pre-wired with SJTO industrial cable. Cable electrical connection and basic switch terminals are encapsulated in
epoxy compound. Elastomer seal between plunger and switch housing. Plus mounting screw holes with continuous walls
keep liquids from entering switch cavity. SPDT. UL Rating: 5 amps. 1/10 HP, 125 or 250 VAC. Zinc die-cast housing. Last
digit in type number indicates cable length in inches. Minimum Overtravel: 0.118". Differential Travel: 0.004. UL listed,
CSA certified.

E6 Compact Enclosed Switches
These enclosed switches contain a precision snap-action basic switch inside a rugged cast zinc housing. Lead washers
are used to seal the mounting holes on side mount switches. Switches below are side mounted. Removal of the bottom
enclosure exposes the terminals for easy wiring.

BAF1 Series Enclosed Switches
The BAF1 series of high capacity enclosed switches offer a sealed enclosed switch with a removable cover plate that allows the
internal switch to be removed for wiring or replacement without de-mounting the entire switch. BAF1 series offer a 20 amp
