The electrical characteristics are valid within the below defined operating conditions, unless
otherwise specified. The function is guaranteed by design until TJSDon switch-on-threshold.
VS = 4.5 to 32 V; Tj = -40 to 150 °C; Tamb = -40 to 125 °C; Ambient test temperature = -40 to
125 °C.
