Number of LED's that can be connected is determined by:

LEDs=(Vdc-Vak)/LED VF

Example: Vac=110V,CLD Vak=45V,LED VF=3.5V@20mA

Using our P/N:MB6S bridge for whole wave rectifier

After rectifier, Output Vdc=150V

(150Vdc-45Vdc)/3.5Vdc=30 LEDs in series.
