Description

MCU(single microcomputers) in this IC has almost same function and performance as M37272MA-XXXSP/FP in mass-

production. And it is operated by simple instruction in the same memory space as that of built-in ROM, RAM, I/O.

It has a OSD, data slicer , and I2C-BUS interface, so it is very useful for a channel selection system for NTSC TV with a

closed caption decoder.
