3-LINE DISPLAY (N2=1, N1=X)

In this mode, each line can use 16 RAM-cells to store the display data. The relation between DDRAM address and display

position is illustrated in Figure 13. For example, 16 characters by 3 lines are displayed (with 80 segments); the default

relation between DDRAM Address and display position is illustrated on the top of Figure 14. When display shift operation is

performed, the relation is changed, just as shown in Figure 14.
