Baking is required under the fol-

a) the humidity indicator turns

pink

b) the pack has been opened for

more than four weeks.

Baking recommended condition:

60 ± 5˚C for 20 hours.

This product is qualified as Mois-

ture Sensitive JEDEC Level 2A.
