Device Marking

Due to the size of the package, the Micron® stan-

dard part number is not printed on the top of each

device. Instead, an abbreviated device mark com-

prised of a five-digit alphanumeric code is used. The

abbreviated device marks are cross-referenced to the

Micron part numbers in Table 1.
