2 RESET Active-LOW Reset Output. RESET remains

LOW while VDD is below the reset threshold

and for a reset delay time of at least 100 ms

after VDD rises above the reset threshold.

MAX6328/MAX6348 have open-drain output

and the MAX6326/MAX6346 are Push-Pull

output.
