output. When the VCC voltage is 1.2 V or

less, voltage of approximately (2/5) × VSP is

output.

Power supply

supply. When the VCC (pin 31) voltage is

3.5 V or more, (VCC applied voltage or

thereabout − 0.3 V) is output. When the VCC

voltage is 1.2 V or less, (S. VCC (pin 63) or

thereabout − 0.3 V) is output.

c Speech network system power supply. When

the VCC (pin 31) voltage is 1.2 V or less,

voltage is supplied to VSP (pin 62) from the

line voltage.
