10 MΩ or 20 MΩ resistance to AGND. The value is dependent
upon the gain of the XAG amplifier (register 146). 20 MΩ can
be used for any gain setting, 10 MΩ can only be used for XAG
gain settings of 0 dB and +6.02 dB.
