Maximum ratings are those values beyond which damage to the device may occur. Functional

operation should be restricted to the limits shown in the DC characteristics section and the

relationship between +V1, VC and -V1 must be +V1 ≥ VC ≥ VDD_ROW ≥ -V1. All voltages are

referenced to -V1 = 0V.

This device contains circuitry to protect the inputs against damage due to high static voltages of

electric fields; however, it is advised that normal precautions to be taken to avoid application of any

voltage higher than maximum rated voltages to this high impedance circuit. All dummy pins and NC

pins must be left open & unconnected. Don’t group the dummy pins or the NC pins together. The

device may be light sensitive. Caution should be taken to avoid exposure of this device to any light

source during normal operation. This device is not radiation protected.
